Someone`s blog had collected a lot of free windows XP themes from some sites, and i got the link to download it, below is the link to download it. Inorder to give your Windows XP a Vista-style look, you can either use the Vista Transformation Pack or use these Windows Vista themes. To use these themes you may need to download some softwares like DesktopX and WindowBlinds.
